In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, helping to ensure smooth arrivals, attentive support, and a positive overall impression. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, or front desk requests as needed
• Respond to questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, amenities, and local area resources
• Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve guest issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-facing workspace
• Process reservations, payments, or related transactions according to established procedures
• Document guest interactions, requests, and follow-up actions in appropriate systems
• Support daily operational tasks and contribute to a consistently positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and helpful under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a hotel, resort, retail, or other guest-facing environment
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
